- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪SunTrust appears not to be watching this Waynesboro branch. Managers change frequently and don't seem to understand banking processes or how to take care of customers. One person there saves the day after the chaos of their mistakes. If you call the phone and don't get anyone, it goes to manager's voice mail.
